Job Overview

The organisation is seeking an Intermediate Software Developer to join the team building, a cutting-edge SaaS platform poised for global expansion. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern, forward-thinking engineering environment where clean architecture, user-centric design and high-quality code are core priorities.

You will be involved in the full product lifecycle—contributing to an ambitious roadmap of new features, enhancing existing functionality and playing a meaningful role in all technical aspects of the platform. The ideal candidate brings fresh ideas, strong problem-solving capability and a genuine passion for creating elegant, reliable and scalable software. Collaboration, curiosity and a willingness to engage constructively with peers are essential, as you will contribute to shaping the platform’s long-term technical vision.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end development across the SaaS platform
• Implement new features and enhance existing system functionality
• Participate actively in architectural discussions, technical decision-making and product planning
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality output
• Apply modern development practices and maintain awareness of evolving technologies
• Support deployments, troubleshooting and continuous product improvement

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ full stack software development experience
• A strenght in backend development, database and web applications. 
• C# and .NET
• React 18+
• VCS tools (Git, GitHub or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with modern development tools, frameworks and trends

Advantageous

• TypeScript
• PostgreSQL
• Tailwind (ShadCN, Tailwind v3/v4)
• Serverless Framework and/or AWS Lambda
• Experience building SaaS platforms or multi-tenant architectures
• Event sourcing (Marten beneficial)
• Familiarity with broader React ecosystem (React 19, Next.js, Remix, TanStack)
• Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK
• AWS experience: Organisations, Cognito, Networking, IAM, Kubernetes deployments, Amplify
• SignalR and/or AppSync
• DNS fundamentals
• AI development exposure (Google Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI, Claude, OSS models)
• AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Gemini, Windsurf, Claude, Codex)
• Integration experience with HR or financial systems
• Docker
• FinTech or SaaS-product development background
