Job Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled and intelligent Intermediate C# Back end Developer to join our team and contribute to meaningful, high-impact projects in a dynamic, rewarding environment. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, and takes ownership of their work — someone who thrives on solving complex problems and is passionate about writing clean, reliable code.

As an intermediate developer, you’ll be working across a range of new and existing projects, primarily within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, often working independently while collaborating with other developers and testers to ensure performance and reliability.

This is a hybrid position, which means you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely but will be expected to come into the office once a week.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, closely following project plans and timelines
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively while delivering consistent results with minimal supervision
  • Develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable code according to internal standards and best practices
  • Support and enhance existing applications, including legacy systems, and assist in the transition to modern architectures
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders, providing accurate updates and insights
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure robust testing and high code quality
  • Ensure version control, backups, and documentation are in place for all work

Minimum Requirements

  • A self-motivated developer who is both a thinker and a doer — someone who seeks to fully understand the "why" behind their work
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering high-accuracy work, especially when working with large datasets
  • Demonstrable reliability and accountability in professional environments.
  • Minimum 10 years of development experience (commercial or private)
  • Must have held a previous role for at least 5 consecutive years
  • C# with strong object-oriented design principles (inheritance, abstraction, shared libraries)
  • ASP.NET MVC framework
  • Experience with multi-threaded applications
  • Strong skills in LINQ and LINQ-to-SQL
  • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server

Nice-to-Have (Exposure or Willingness to Learn)

  • Experience with WPF
  • Familiarity with WCF and other Windows/Web services
