Job Overview

We’re hiring a Paid Media Specialist to join our Digital team in Johannesburg. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering measurable results through paid media strategy, execution, and optimisation across Google, Meta, TikTok and other digital platforms.

You'll be part of a high-performance team and work across both internal brand campaigns and external client accounts, with the opportunity to scale results and innovate across a R1m+ monthly media budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and manage advanced paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and more
  • Build full-funnel campaign strategies aligned to business goals
  • Execute structured testing across platforms, audiences and formats
  • Analyse campaign performance and drive ROAS, CPA, and ROI improvements
  • Create clear, actionable reports and present insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with data, creative, CRM and sales teams to align campaigns
  • Manage campaign tracking via GTM, Meta CAPI and third-party CRM tools
  • Uphold high governance and platform compliance standards

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience running paid media campaigns
  • Must have hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign experience
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads (advantageous)
  • Experience using GTM, Meta CAPI and attribution APIs
  • Understanding of CRM and lead management tools (e.g. HighLevel, LeadByte)
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial thinking
  • Excellent communication and reporting ability
