Job Overview

They are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join their close-knit product team and play a pivotal role in shaping elegant, intuitive digital experiences across their solution suite.

This position offers the rare opportunity to work directly with the Founder and Product Owner, leading UX research, creative concepts, interface design and brand evolution — with significant scope to influence design direction and solve complex user-journey challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end user-experience design across products — from concept to delivery
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, problem statements, persona development and usability testing
• Design and maintain wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, user flows and interactive components
• Define and uphold design systems, UI component libraries and style guides for consistent delivery
• Contribute to information architecture, system blueprints and intuitive site/app navigation
• Translate business requirements and stakeholder input into user-centred, visually compelling design solutions
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure seamless hand-off and execution

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in UI/UX Design within fast-paced digital product environments
• Proficient in industry tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, supported by logical design decision-making
• Exceptional visual design capability: clean, sophisticated, modern aesthetics
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong grasp of contemporary UI/UX trends and best practices
• Strong capability in prototyping, interaction design and user-testing methodologies
• Experience designing for responsive platforms (web and/or mobile)

Advantageous

• Previous experience within FinTech and/or SaaS product environments
• Experience working directly with software development teams and agile processes
• General understanding of front-end development principles
