About the Company
We are a leading player in the mobile value-added services (mVAS) sector, built on strong partnerships with major telcos and an expanding footprint in betting, iGaming, and subscription commerce. With solid foundations in direct marketing, we are now scaling our reach by diversifying into digital channels — including DSPs, affiliates, paid media, and emerging acquisition platforms — to drive sustainable growth and broaden our market impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to take ownership of our digital growth roadmap. This is not a corporate, top-heavy role, but it is also not an executional campaign manager position — we already have two digital managers (performance + affiliates) in place who manage campaigns and reporting.
Instead, you will shape and oversee the end-to-end digital strategy, mentor a small team, and work closely with the CEO, Head of Ops, CTO, and BI team to ensure our acquisition and profitability goals are met.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and own the digital marketing strategy aligned with our group business plan.
- Lead and mentor a small, high-performance team (currently 2 direct reports: performance marketing & affiliates).
- Provide strategic oversight of digital campaigns across DSPs, affiliates, Google, TikTok, and Meta (execution managed by digital managers and contractors).
- Expand marketing efforts into betting/iGaming and subscription payment flows (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.).
- Manage budgets across products, sectors, and campaigns with strict profitability discipline.
- Partner with the BI team to improve reporting, insight generation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Report monthly on digital performance and profitability to group management / CEO.
- Drive funnel innovation: design, test, and optimise acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Ensure CPA:LTV ratios remain healthy and sustainable.
- Continuously explore new audiences, channels, and acquisition opportunities to drive growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years’ digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years in performance, growth, or affiliate marketing leadership.
- Proven track record of setting strategy (not just execution) and leading teams to deliver profitable digital growth.
- Strong background in paid acquisition (DSPs, affiliates, Google, TikTok, Meta) with ability to scale channels strategically.
- Direct experience in mVAS, iGaming, fintech, or subscription commerce is essential — this is a niche industry where deep knowledge of telco partnerships and billing flows is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimise profitability (CPA vs LTV).
- Highly data-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills across BI/analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills, with confidence presenting to C-suite.
